    Experience: My overall internship experience at Thornblade Country Club in Greenville, SC was above expectations.  The opportunity to work on such a pristine golf course was alone enough incentive to want to return.  Adding to this was the chance to work with a very educational, and helpful superintendent Randy Long.  In my summer internship, I was able to cover all aspects of golf course management from spray routines, summer bentgrass management and even down to budgeting and other paper work.  It provided me with the proper knowledge to further increase my interest in this field.  I would recommend anyone considering an internship to give Thornblade definite consideration.
