The Walker Course is proud of the professionals that make sure our greens and programs run smoothly.

Prior to coming to the Walker Course as the golf pro, Brent Jessup was previously the director of golf/head professional of Tanglewood Park Golf Courses in Clemmons, N.C., and is a 19-year, Class A member of The PGA of America.

Brent has successfully organized and conducted golf instruction programs for golfers of all ages and skill levels. Additionally, he has planned and coordinated more than 100 annual events including a PGA Senior Tour Event, The Vantage Championship.

Don Garrett CGCS,has been superintendent of the the Walker Course since 1999 and is a Clemson University graduate (B.S. in Horticulture). Prior to his job here, he was the director of golf and landscape maintenance for nine years at the Dataw Island Club in Beaufort, S.C.

Don has been a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America for 19 years and earned the designation of Certified Golf Course Superintendent in 1995.
