• Audiovisual equipment includes full color document camera, LCD video projectors, slide projectors with wireless remotes, overhead projectors, screens, laser pointers, VCRs and 25" monitors, flip charts and speaker phones.
• Equipment can be controlled through master control or by the presenter via touch-screen remotes.
• Public address systems include wireless and lapel microphones as well as podium and freestanding microphones. Music can be piped into banquet rooms. Sound and lighting are controlled independently in every room.
• The video teleconferencing room is equipped for two-way and multi-point video conferencing, including a ceiling-mounted document camera for transmitting printed graphic information. Slides, S-VHS tapes and computer-generated presentations can also be transmitted.
• Facility has satellite downlink and uplink capabilities.
• Phone and data jacks located in every room.
• Facility hard-wired for remote video production trucks to plug directly into the system through externally mounted patch panel. Triax camera cables wired from the EFP panel to the auditorium and ballroom.
