All beverage functions are arranged through Clemson Catering. We offer a variety of alcohol options. As a licensee, Clemson Catering is responsible for abiding by the regulations enforced by the state of South Carolina.

Host Bar Service
Host Bar is available for functions held at the Conference Center and Inn at Clemson University and other campus facilities that approve the service of alcohol. This service provides bartender, fruit garnish, ice, beverage napkins, disposable glassware, mixers of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, tonic water, club soda, ginger ale, Collins Mix, Bloody Mary Mix, cranberry, grapefruit and orange juice, and the following beverages:

Absolut Vodka

Bacardi Light Rum

Tanquery Gin

Seagram V.O.

Jack Daniels Bourbon

Dewars Scotch

Sweet and Dry Vermouth

Michelob and Michelob Light Beer

Seasons White, Blush and Red Wines

An hourly fee of $15.00 per bartender will apply. One bartender is provided for every 75-100 guests. All charges reflect the actual number of drinks served. Please speak with a sales representative for details concerning special requests. A two-week advance notice is required for ordering. Guests are responsible for payment of all bottles ordered.

Host bar is available for functions held at the Conference Center and Inn at Clemson University and other campus facilities that approve the service of alcohol. This service provides bartender, ice, beverage napkins, disposable glassware, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, house beer and house wine. Minimum 20 guests

Glassware available for an additional $ .50 per person per hour.

Budget Bar
The budget bar is available for functions not held at the Conference Center and Inn at Clemson University. With this package, you furnish all liquor of any kind. Clemson Catering will provide mixers of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, tonic water, club soda, ginger ale, Collins Mix, Bloody Mary Mix and orange juice. Fruit garnishes, ice and disposable cups are also provided. All bartender fees are included for groups of 50 or more. Liquor should be brought to the function site no sooner than one hour before the event is to begin and removed immediately after the event ends. Clemson Catering cannot accept responsibility for liquor left after the event ends.

Glassware available for an additional $ .50 per person, per hour. Please consult our sales staff for upgrades or special requests. Bartender, beer, wine, champagne and mixers must be provided by Clemson Catering.
