Light luncheons
Prices include an assortment of crackers, iced tea, coffee and house dessert. Prices include service for two hours, china, silverware, glassware and linen.

Jamaican Chicken Salad
Sliced chicken breast marinated with "jerk" spice, served on a bed of mixed greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cucumbers, grilled tomatoes, shredded cheese, toasted slivered almonds and black bean succotash. Served with a choice of two dressings.

Chef's Salad
Julienne turkey, ham, Swiss and Cheddar cheese served on a bed of mixed greens. Topped with red cabbage, shredded carrots, tomatoes, boiled eggs, alfalfa sprouts and croutons. Served with a choice of two dressings.

Fresh Fruit and Salad Plate
Your choice of Southwestern or regular chicken salad, tuna or shrimp salad surrounded by a rainbow of fresh seasonal fruit and cheese slices. Served in a fresh pineapple boat or tomato crown.

Deli Sandwich
Your choice of chicken salad, tuna salad, turkey breast, ham or roast beef on a flaky croissant or kaiser roll with lettuce and tomato. Served with pasta vegetable salad and a pickle spear.

Clemson Club
Thinly sliced turkey and ham, bacon, American cheese, lettuce and tomato on a kaiser roll. Served with potato chips and a pickle spear.

Grilled Chicken Paillard
Boneless breast medallions of chicken served with wild rice salad, candied pecans and Cassis Vinaigrette.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Marinated boneless breast of grilled chicken, served on a multi-grain roll with lettuce and tomato. Served with potato chips and a pickle spear.

Magnolia Chicken Salad
Served over a freshly mixed bed of greens with mandarin orange sections and Charleston apricot dressing.

Madren Caesar Salad-Chicken
Crisp romaine lettuce topped with grilled, marinated chicken breast, Parmesan cheese, large croutons and classic Caesar dressing.

Served with roasted rosemary and garlic new potatoes and whole green beans amandine.

Cashew Chicken Stir Fry
A colorful blend of fresh broccoli, carrots, peppers, snow peas, water chestnuts and baby corn. Served on a bed of fried rice with a spring roll and fortune cookie.

Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Served with pimiento rice pilaf and sugar snap peas with mushrooms.

Lasagna
