For assistance in planning a party or a reception, please fill out the form below. The form will assist a Conference Center and Inn representative in preparing your event. Your request will be answered within two business days.

  3. Phone us at 1-888-654-9020 and ask for Group Sales. Please fill out this form so that you have this information ready when speaking to a Group Sales representative.

Most facility rentals include setup and clean up of tables and chairs for your guests (except for the Pavilion), food and beverage table requirements and limited staging for either your head table or entertainment.

CATERING

All food and beverage requirements must be supplied through our in-house caterers, ARAMARK, with the exception of wedding cakes. Catering costs are broken down into a per person cost that includes your chosen food and beverage, 2 hours of actual service time and clean up. Final catering numbers are due 72 hours prior to your event.
EVENT EXTRAS*

Color linens can be special ordered for an additional charge. Any decorations may be brought in 2 hours prior to the beginning of your event. No glitter, confetti or other types of loose decoration are permitted and may result in an additional cleaning charge. Items may not be attached to the walls or ceilings. All items must be removed from the facility immediately following your event. If you supply your own cake and you want our staff to cut and serve it (china service), there is an additional charge. The Conference Center & Inn does not permit birdseed at any events.

It is important to provide in writing to the CC&Inn the name, phone number, specifications regarding setup and electrical requirements, approximation of setup and tear down time of your entertainmnet at least 4 weeks in advance. It is preferred that you ask your entertainment for this information prior to booking their services in order for us to determine if there are any special requests that may require additional services. Dressing rooms are not available.
