Arelis Moore is a faculty member in the School of Medicine at the Ibero-American University (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, where she teaches courses in community medicine in English. A public health specialist, Dr. Moore is an expert epidemiologist who participates in the Caribbean health surveillance programs of the Centers for Disease Control. She also has been involved in the design of systems of delivery of health services (e.g., immunizations) for children.
