
John Livingston has been working as a download specialist
at CUROL for several years. He received his BS in Aquaculture, Fisheries, and
Wildlife from Clemson University in May 2002. In December 2004 he earned his
MS from Clemson in Zoology. He has conducted migratory bird research along the
Eastern Shore of Virginia, comparing BIRDRAD and thermal imager/vertical radar
data with NPOL (NASA Polarimetric radar) data. Along with monitoring winds aloft,
national mosaics, and NEXRAD data downloads, John also assists with research
projects in the lab.
