Larry W. Abernathy Waterfront Park-Within walking distance of downtown Clemson, this waterfront park has a boardwalk along Lake Hartwell, cast-iron swings, fishing, and boat docks.

South Carolina Botannical Gardens-Less than a mile from the Martin Inn and Madren Center, the South Carolina Botannical Gardens offer beautiful gardens, picnic areas, walking/running paths, and even a gift shop.

Table Rock State Park-About 40 minutes outside of Clemson, Table Rock State Park offers trails, boat ramps, camping, boat and canoe rentals, fishing, and picnic areas.

Walker Golf Course-Located right next to the Martin Inn and Madren Center, the Walker Golf Course boasts a full 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, and pro-shop.

The Esso Club-129 Old Greenville Highway, #1. Once a filling station, The Esso is now recognized as one of the nation's best sports bars. Patrons can enjoy a game of pool or eating outside on the deck. Menu items include wings, salads, wraps, and burgers. Entrée price Range: $4-$8
